About us
Pickwell Manor is privately owned and run by two families, the Bakers and the Elliotts. The manor house itself is set in six acres of gardens and grounds, and is just half a mile away from the ocean, long sandy beaches of Putsborough beach and Woolacombe Sands, and the nearby surf beaches of Croyde Bay and Saunton. We hope that a wedding, or civil partnership at Pickwell Manor will give you time to really relax and enjoy celebrating with your friends and family. Pickwell Manor is available to hire for the whole weekend. The rose Arbour in the Italian Garden or the Ballroom can be used as a venue for civil ceremonies and can also seat up to 100 for a wedding breakfast or 150 for an evening reception.
