Cancellation of more than ninety (90) days – Initial deposit is forfeited Cancellation within ninety (90) days - 50% of the Total Estimated Function Charge Cancellation within sixty (60) days - 80% of the Total Estimated Function Charge Cancellation within thirty (30) days - 100% of the Total Estimated Function Charge On the day of arrival, ‘no shows’ and cancellations will be fully charged. Any services or goods organised, booked or ordered by the Hotel at the Clients request and subsequently cancelled, the Client will be liable for the payment in full of all costs and disbursements incurred by the Hotel. Such goods or services may include but will not be limited to; transport, entertainment, audio visual, equipment, decorations and printing costs.

Yes, Single use plastics have been removed from all food and beverage outlets. Where possible plastic replaced with paper and bamboo.
