TESTIMONIAL Clear Mountain Lodge is a fantastic location within a short distance of Brisbane, which was extremely handy for both our domestic/international staff. This was the inaugural meeting of our Global Management Forum and we wanted somewhere memorable for our first get together. Your Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge did not disappoint. The location was important but customer service is the thing that makes the biggest difference between a good and a great experience. The staff at Clear Mountain Lodge went out of their way to make sure that our stay was an enjoyable (and great) one. I’d like to mention Rene who looked after us each day during the conference, also Anita and Jessica who looked after us during drinks and dinner. We would be really happy if you could pass on our thanks to them personally for this. I’d also like to thank you for your personal service in the lead up and during the conference. We had many changes to the original conference brief and you always handled this in a super cooperative and friendly manner. It was a true pleasure to have our conference there for the two days. John, our founding partner, was extremely pleased with the outcome, as it met the brief of somewhere unique with outstanding customer service, providing a memorable experience. Thanks again for all your help to make the conference a success. I was so impressed I will probably bring the wife for a weekend at some stage! Think Place – February 2016
