Het OREA Congres Hotel Brno ligt dicht bij het Brno Exhibition Center en biedt het grootste multifunctionele hotel met conferentiecapaciteit in Brno, volledig gerenoveerd in 2020. De grootste vergaderruimte, de congreszaal (A+B+C), biedt plaats aan maximaal 700 personen in theaterstijl zonder pilaren. De congreszaal beschikt over moderne AV-apparatuur en is verbonden met de multifunctionele foyer, de perfecte ruimte voor tentoonstellingen of sociale evenementen. Kleinere vergaderzalen en zakelijke foyer op de 1e verdieping met daglicht zijn geschikt voor kleinere seminars, vergaderingen of pauzeruimtes. Groepslunches en -diners worden geserveerd in restaurant Atrium met een capaciteit tot 180 personen en de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de salons. Ze zijn allemaal toegankelijk voor gasten met een handicap. Het hotel heeft 374 comfortabele kamers in verschillende categorieën en een restaurant met een capaciteit van 180 tot 220 personen, catering van topkwaliteit en een gevarieerd banketmenu voor alle soorten evenementen. De dichtstbijzijnde tramhalte (N1, halte Vystaviste) ligt op 150 meter afstand van het Orea Congress Hotel en biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot het stadscentrum.
