About us

The Nailers Arms started life as a nail-making workshop-cum-brewery back in 1780. The pub has been tastefully refurbished to combine the feel of a traditional country pub with a comfortable modern interior. The interior comprises of a spacious open plan contemporary lounge restaurant, which partly overlooks our beautiful landscaped garden. The lounge also offers a seperate area to relax, chat with friends and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple. Some of the original features have been retained, such as the stunning hand carved bar which is a visual delight. We also have the added benefit of a seperate traditional bar which is full of character and during the winter months you are able to share the warmth of our cosy log fire, which never fails to impress. The Nailers Arms could be your venue of choice for any occasion, such as Weddings, Birthday Parties, Funerals, Business Lunches.
