More
Wythe Hotel is the original boutique hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, focused on delivering warm, genuine service and exceptional food & beverage programs. We are staunchly local and mindful of our role in Brooklyn’s proud history of welcoming people from all over the world. Our historic building is a former Cooperage (barrel factory), that was designed by Theobald Englehart and opened in 1901. The building later spent time as a textile factory which produced acoustic and specialty fabrics for the Space Program. When we started work on the hotel in 2008, it was vitally important to us that we preserved as much of the original beauty and craftsmanship as possible, highlighting its time-worn beauty. We opened our doors in 2012. We acknowledge that this building is the last of its kind, and we feel tremendously lucky to be its most recent stewards.
