As the first hotel built in and for Brooklyn, Wythe Hotel honors the neighborhood’s industrial roots while celebrating its creative spirit. The property preserves historic elements of the original factory building (built in 1901) with exposed wooden beams and cast-iron columns, while infusing modern character through curated artwork and floor-to-ceiling windows with waterfront views of the Manhattan skyline. Guest count / capacity limits. Each event space has a maximum capacity depending on set‑up (seated vs. cocktail vs. standing). All food and beverage for events is provided in‑house. On a case‑by‑case basis, we can accommodate outside catering for a select number of guests to meet specific dietary restrictions. Use of event spaces is subject to event‑space scheduling, with load‑in / load‑out and set‑up times typically predefined and requiring coordination through the hotel’s Events Team. For outdoor or terrace events (e.g. Garden Terrace, rooftop, terraces), there may be seasonal or weather‑related restrictions (e.g. some outdoor spaces only available certain months) and potential limitations on timing or use of sound/outdoor amenities depending on weather. Because Wythe is a working hotel, events must consider noise, respect other hotel guests, and likely follow internal sound‑ and curfew‑related rules (e.g. on music volume, ending times).

During the pandemic, we provided space for medical workers and delivered meals from Le Crocodile to a local ICU, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility. Over 13,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space includes private lofts, the Main Hall, Garden Terrace, Le Crocodile Cellar, Screening Room with adjacent Speakeasy, and Bar Blondeau rooftop.
