De phall Golf Club ligt in West Lothian, Schotland, VK, in de buurt van Livingston en Broxburn, op 24 km van Edinburgh en 40 km van Glasgow. De club werd opgericht in 1895 en de baan werd gebouwd op grond die was gehuurd van sheriff Shairp van het aangrenzende Houston Estate.
