About us

Das Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) hat im Januar 2022 seine Türen geöffnet. Das BMCC befindet sich im historischen Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten von den meisten Hotels und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Der Messebereich im Erdgeschoss ist 4.500 m² groß und bietet zahlreiche Angebote für öffentliche Veranstaltungen, Ausstellungen und sogar Konzerte. Der Konferenzbereich bietet Platz für Tagungen und Konferenzen mit 10 bis 514 Teilnehmern. Alle Einrichtungen sind verfügbar: ein Plenarsaal mit — unter anderem — 514 ausziehbaren Sitzplätzen, ein großes Foyer, Posterflächen, zwölf modulare Pausenräume und ein Catering-Bereich in der obersten Etage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt. - Ebene 0: Wenn die Delegierten hereinkommen, werden sie im Eingangsbereich des BMCC (381 m²) begrüßt, wo sie ihre Ausweise und Teilnehmertaschen abholen können, bevor sie in den ersten Stock gehen. - Schließfächer, Garderobe und Toiletten befinden sich auf der unteren Ebene (-1). - Ebene 1: Bevor die Teilnehmer den Plenarsaal auf Ebene 1 betreten, können sie im Foyerbereich auf Ebene 1 (176 m²) einen Willkommenskaffee genießen. Der Plenarsaal hat eine volle Kapazität von 514 Sitzplätzen in einem ausziehbaren Auditorium (514 m²). Das Plenum kann bei Bedarf in 2 separate Räume aufgeteilt werden. Die technische Grundausstattung sowie die Dolmetscherkabinen sind im Zimmer vorhanden. - Auf der 3. Etage befinden sich 12 Tagungsräume, alle mit viel Tageslicht. Die Größen variieren zwischen 31 und 93 m². Im Foyerbereich im 3. Stock (392 m²) gibt es Platz für Networking, Kaffeepausen und Sponsorenstände. - Ebene 4: Abendessen, Kaffeepausen und Mittagessen können im geräumigen Catering-Bereich in der obersten Etage (675 m²) mit spektakulärem Blick über die UNESCO-geschützte Stadt Brügge abgehalten werden. Es gibt auch einen kleineren Essbereich von 92 m². Von der Terrasse aus können die Teilnehmer den Blick über die Dächer der mittelalterlichen Stadt genießen.
