Our team has long-standing experience in organising events. We manage three Our venues: The Bibliothèque Solvay, the Hotel Wielemans and the Sky Hall. We will be delighted to assist you with the practical aspects of your event (such as audiovisual equipment, staff, photographers, floral arrangements, decorations, simultaneous translation equipment and interpreters, musicians, etc.). Up to 750 people for standing receptions and up to 600 for (gala) dinners, in the magnificent ballroom, can enjoy the offerings of this unique setting. Events involving smaller numbers are also organised here since the rooms can be rented entirely (800 m²) or partially. Although each of the rooms has its own style of decoration, together they form a harmonious combination with all of them. * We accept receptions from 800 to 900 guests, knowing that not all the guests will be present at the same time. For safety reasons, the total amount of persons present in the room may not exceed 738.
