With the largest rooms in the city (average surface 37 sqm), the hotel can lodge groups of up to 250 rooms and is ideal for Corporate groups, MICE segment and big conventions and conferences. Newly renovated meeting spaces, for all event types, from gala dinners to trainings, with 12 meeting rooms, with natural day light and a total capacity of 1750 persons. The main ballroom, the Grand Ballroom, is divisible in 4 sections without pillars and can accommodate up to 800 persons in theatre setup and features high-tech equipment. The second largest venue, Constanta Ballroom, can accommodate up to 420 persons in theatre style and features natural day light , 7m height ceiling and 2 impressive chandeliers . Lipscani is a street and a district of Bucharest, Romania, which was the most important commercial area of the city from the middle ages to early 19th century. During the Communist period, the whole area was scheduled to be demolished, but this never came to fruition. The district became neglected, but nowadays it is the most attractive area for entertainment due to its numerous restaurants, pubs and vivid nightlife. As of 2013, many of the buildings were restored and the area is now buzzing all year round.

Herăstrău Park (Romanian: Parcul Herăstrău) is a large park on the northern side of Bucharest, Romania, around Lake Herăstrău. The park has an area of about 1.1 km², of which 0.7 km² is the lake. Built in 1900 and situated on Calea Victoriei, the palace was built as a new headquarter for Romania's oldest bank, the public savings institution Casa de Depuneri, Consemnatiuni si Economie, later known as C.E.C.. Arcul de Triumf is a triumphal arch located in the northern part of Bucharest, on the Kiseleff Road. The first, wooden, triumphal arch was built hurriedly, after Romania gained its independence (1878), so that the victorious troops could march under it. Another arch with concrete skeleton and plaster exterior of elaborate sculptures and decoration designed by Petre Antonescu was built on the same site after World War I in 1922. The arch exterior, which had seriously decayed, was replaced in 1935 by the current much more sober Neoclassical design, more closely modelled in the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. The new arch, also designed by Petre Antonescu and executed in stone, was inaugurated on 1 December 1936. The arch has a height of 27 metres. It has as its foundation a 25 x 11.50 metres rectangle. The sculptures with which the facades are decorated were created by famous Romanian sculptors such as Ion Jalea and Dimitrie Paciurea. Presently, military parades are held beneath the arch each December 1, with the occasion of Romania's national holiday. Elisabeta Palace, the current residence of the Romanian Royal Family, is located near the Arch of Triumph, in Herăstrău Park.
