It is hard today to find the right words to speak of Bucharest close to 1900 times of that city belle-epoque in which people were happy, beautiful women, most beautiful dresses, jewels brighter, restaurants, hotels, cafes brimming in that always towered buffet spread to all rooms, large roe Priming with pheasants in their feathers with crawfish on ice cliffs, champagne flows like water in the brook and Louis Viest pulled the bow of magic.
