No Outside food or drink allowed in Meeting Space. Pets must be leashed, kept in kennel if unoccupied, and cleaned up after.
Politique d’annulation
Due to the Resort’s private location with limited accommodations and meeting facilities, it is difficult and costly to remarket facilities when your Group changes dates, reduces the number of guest nights and rooms or cancels without adequate notice. Therefore, the GROUP agrees that the following Cancellation Policy is reasonable and acceptable: Notice Received by RESORT Cancellation Policy* 0-45 days Resort retains 100% of all guest fees 46-90 days Resort retains 75% of all guest fees Over 90 days Resort retains 25% of all guest fees or Refund total deposit less $500 administrative fee, whichever is greater of the two *Guest fees are defined as the total estimated cost per person for length of stay or program * Should GROUP cancel, any deposit received will be applied towards the Cancellation Policy. Any excess Deposit will be refunded to GROUP or any additional Cancellation Charge due to RESORT will be billed to the GROUP for payment upon receipt. *All Cancellation Notices and Changes must be in writing and be sent to Canyon of the Eagles Resort

Park Features & Events Include: • 61 hilltop guestrooms with full-service amenities in 16 separate buildings • 24 full hookup RV sites including water, electricity, septic, fire rings and picnic tables • 33 spacious drive-in and primitive campsites with fire rings and picnic tables • 1 large group camp area with picnic tables for up to 150 persons • An award winning restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily • A lounge with wine, beer, cocktails, food and entertainment • Over 12,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor meeting and banquet facilities for up to 500 persons • An outdoor swimming pool (resort guests only) • A gift shop for supplies, gift items, ice, souvenirs, apparel and grocery • A recreation room with TV, library and game room • An outdoor amphitheatre • Stargazing and star parties at Eagle Eye Observatory • 14 miles of designated trails for all ages and abilities to hike, jog, bike, birdwatching, etc. • 3 miles of lakefront with boat and fishing dock, as well as a Park Store that offers kayak rentals, pizza and COE souvenirs • Our "Canyon Cruise" is our 2-hour wilderness cruise that travels down Lake Buchanan and Colorado River to 3 different waterfalls and wildlife • Interpretative and entertainment programs that include stargazing at our Eagle-Eye Observatory, hands-on reptile programs, guided nature hikes, birding, live music, culinary and wine presentations, arts & crafts activities, and movies under the stars with s’mores. • Recreational activities include hiking, biking, jogging, swimming, bird watching and so forth. • Complimentary WIFI and parking are available for resort guests. • The resort offers special lodging packages and programs year-round. • Children age 10 and under visit and stay free in all accommodations • Nearby are fishing excursions, extreme sports center, over 20 vineyards, beautiful caverns, herb farm, lots of shopping, and the list goes on and on.
