Balcescu Ave. and Unirii Ave. This boutique hotel benefits by a special design that combine classic and modern styles and dispose of 25 rooms, 2 conference rooms, restaurant, and bar. Hotel Art is perfect for business persons, holidays or meetings, known for hospitality and immaculate services. The rooms are very wide, the restaurant has a diversified menu, the bar is intimate and elegant, and the conference room has a 40 seats capacity.
