If the Customer cancels the Event or moves the Event to another city or another hotel, such decision would constitute a breach of its obligation to the Hotel, and the Hotel would be harmed. Should the Event not be held at the Hotel or is cancelled, the organization will pay the Hotel full amount in liquidated damages. -The date of cancellation is the workday the Hotel received the written notice of cancellation. -These fees shall be paid to the Hotel under the conditions below: Banquet and Rooms accommodation: * 0-30 Days Prior To The Arrival Of The Group, 100% of the total room nights will be charged as No-Show. * 31-60 Days Prior To The Arrival Of The Group, 25% of the total room nights can be cancelled without any penalty and any cancellations above this amount will be charged total room nights as No-Show * 61-90 Days Prior To The Arrival Of The Group, 35 % of the total room nights can be cancelled without any penalty and any cancellations above this amount will be charged total room nights as No-Show * 91-180 Days Prior To The Arrival Of The Group, 50 % of the total room nights can be cancelled without any penalty and any cancellations above this amount will be charged total room nights as No-Show * 181 Days Prior To The Arrival Of The Group – Sign off the Contract, 75 % of the total room nights can be cancelled without any penalty and any cancellations above this amount will be charged total room nights as No-Show.
