Upon signing the contract, 25% from the total payment is required. Another 25% is to be paid after receiving the rooming list on the date mentioned in the contract. An additional 25% from the total payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival and rest of payment is required 3 days prior to arrival. All deposits are non refundable except for force majeure.
