- 50 Best Employers in Canada 2015 - MPI GCC Venue of the Year Award 2015 - 2015 Hotel Association of Canada - 4 Green Key Rating - Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2015 TESTIMONIALS: I've travelled all over the US and Europe and have had many different hotel experiences, some good and some bad. I was in town for a conference and was not expecting this experience to be notable at all. However, from the moment I checked in I was so pleasantly surprised by the genuine warmth and kindness of every member of the staff. Never have I had a 15 minute conversation with a hotel maid about her home and life and travels! The hotel itself is updated, clean, and comfortable. I had the opportunity to eat at the Starbucks, the lobby bar, and order room service, and the food was good in each location and, again, the staff were a delight. It's not the fanciest hotel in town, but I would stay here again over any other hotel simply because of the staff. You all are to be congratulated! Staying at the Delta Bow Valley, for me, is very relaxing and a lot like being at home. I feel spoiled here and it is a wonderful feeling, like being special. Whether when checking in or at the executive lounge on the 24th floor, it is a feeling that I don't find in many hotels. The staff have a unique approach to guests. The woman who comes around in the evening with an extra bottle of water always gives me an extra chocolate, or three! Now, that feels special. And, thank you. I also had the pleasure to meet a senior person recently and she invited me to join her for a cup of Starbucks in the lobby lounge. How often does one get treated like this. Many very cordial staff here and greatly appreciated.
