"TOTAL CANCELLATION OF GUEST ROOMS From the contract signature to 6 months before the group arrival 10% of the proforma invoice will be charged. 3 days before the arrival date any room night cancelled will be charged totally. The hotel won’t charge all the room nights that could be cancelled if in the contracted dates is fully booked. NO-SHOWS In the case of no-shows the hotel is authorised to charge the full amount corresponding to guest rooms and breakfast for all of the days reserved. Between 6 and 4 months before 25% of the proforma invoice will be charged. Between 4 and 2 months before 50% of the proforma invoice will be charged. Between 2 months and 30 days before 75% of the proforma invoice will be charged. Between 30 and 15 days before 100% of the proforma invoice will be charged. REDUCTIONS IN NUMBER OF GUEST ROOMS (ATTRITION) Between 89 and 60 days it will be allowed to cancell the 35% of the total room nights without charge. If the cancellation is more than 35%, it will be charged 20% of the room nights cancelled. Between 59 and 30 days it will be allowed to cancell the 25% of the total room nights without charge. If the cancellation is more than 25%, it will be charged 50% of the room nights cancelled. Between 29 and 15 days it will be allowed to cancell the 10% of the total room nights without charge. If the cancellation is more than 10%, it will be charged 75% of the room nights cancelled. Between 14 and 3 days it will be allowed to cancell the 5% of the total room nights without charge. If the cancellation is more than 5%, it will be charged 85% of the room nights cancelled. 3 days before the arrival date any room night cancelled will be charged totally. The hotel won’t charge all the room nights that could be cancelled if in the contracted dates is fully booked.
