Xel-Há Park
娱乐
Xel-Há park was born in 1995. Its name means “the place where water is born”, due to the various underground rivers that flow into the famous inlet. At the same time this place was a trade center, and a shelter for sailors in the past. The legend tells that the gods created three guardians: the iguana, who was the protector of the earth (Huh), the parrot fish would be the protector of the water (Kay Op), and finally, the pelican would be the protector of the wind (Chuc Kay).
Xplor is the park where you will find the excitement and adrenaline of flying through the skies, exploring an underground world and living with the nature of the jungle. Challenge the heights with the fourteen zip lines in Cancun and Riviera Maya, which includes the highest in the entire destination. On the surface, you'll drive an amphibious vehicle through the jungle, over bridges, and through caves. Beneath the planet, you will go on a raft tour and swim through the rivers of stalactites, as well as go on an underground expedition to reveal the secrets that lie beneath the planet. Xplor is an adventure park for the whole family; its all-inclusive concept offers five main activities that make up seven circuits, in addition to all necessary services for spending a full day of unlimited fun and excitment.

Get ready for the Xenotes Oasis Maya Tour If you are passionate about nature, you have to know the only tour in Cancun where you can see the four types of cenotes (open, semi-open, cavern and ancient). Immerse yourself in them and feel in contact with nature in an excursion of approximately nine hours of duration. Brief History of Xenotes The word "cenote" comes from the Mayan word "dzonot", which means "cavern with a water reservoir". The ancient Maya considered them sacred places, as they were thought to be gateways to the underworld. There are four different types of cenotes: The open cenote is perfect for swimming and sporting activities such as kayaking and snorkeling. They commonly have a cylindrical shape and lots of vegetation around their walls. Semi-open cenotes do not have such a circular shape as the previous ones, and are reached by descending through narrow paths; here the ideal sport activity is rappelling. As its name indicates, the cavern type of cenote is found inside caves that must be descended. Its formation is due to the collapse of the upper part of the cenote and subway rivers can be seen in its interior. In ancient times they were the perfect setting for Mayan ceremonies. Finally we find the ancient cenotes, completely open on the surface and inhabited by a multitude of marine and terrestrial species. What are you waiting for to book to explore them on the Xenotes Oasis Maya tour?
