Mountain Chalets is situated in Twizel, 40 minutes’ drive from Mount Cook, on State Highway 8 between Christchurch and Queenstown. This picturesque site is on the doorstep to some of New Zealand’s finest scenery. Located in the Mackenzie Country. It offers 25 well equipped chalets in Quiet Park like setting. Twizel is located in the heart of the Mackenzie Country in Canterbury New Zealand. The Mackenzie Country is world-renowned for its stunning azure-coloured lakes, tussock-clad hills and mountain vistas.
