Locanda Rossa, a boutique farmhouse of 37 kays, is located at Strada Capalbio in Pescia Fiorentina n 11B in Capalbio city in Italy. Locanda Rossa is a farmhouse of peaceful and understated elegance, wrapped in 21 hectares of vastness, in the Tuscan hills of Maremma. Rooms, Suites, and Apartments, enveloped by 3200 olive trees, are bright and airy, individually decorated and designed for total comfort. All the location can be totally privatized for excluse events, the Conservatory, instead, is our exclusive event space ideal for private events up to 40 guests.

At guest disposal, a traditional Tuscan restaurant, a relax pool with dedicated bar, a second pool dedicated to our little guests with kid's playground. Other facilities include: padle and tennis courts, fitness room, a SPA with hydropool bath at 32° degrees, hammam, sauna and massage rooms. Parking place and a Tesla charging station are available free of charge.
