Groote Post is an historic 18th century farm on the Cape's West Coast where wine making traditions have been revived by the Pentz family. Unique aspects and cool climatic conditions of the Darling Hills yield superlative fruit. Our wines are produced to reflect the uniqueness of our vineyards. We can host brunch, lunch or dinner functions from 20 to 120 at Groote Post. Our approach to weddings is to try as much as possible to incorporate the bridal couple's own wishes for the day and to tailor each wedding to suit their own particular needs formal or informal, theme etc.
