About us
Mushet Manor is a charming Edwardian house built in 1906. Mr. JW Mushet, Minister of Post & Tele-communication, lived on this estate until the late fifties. In 1983 the estate was bought by late Mr. MS Lourens and is still owned by his family. It is situated in a very quiet residential area called Vredekloof, surrounded by magnificent views of Table Mountain and the Hottentots Mountain range. Vredekloof is about 20 minutes drive from Cape Town Airport. The Manor offers its guests with elegantly designed, comfortable and well furnished guest rooms. In addition, it houses Conferencing facilities as well & can accommodate up to 40 people on a day-to-day basis.
