The Belah Centre is located at Briar Bank, St Ann's Hill, Carlisle. During 2008 Belah has undergone a massive re-development. The newly refurbished building provides a modern, clean and friendly up to date community facility all on one level. It offers facilities for meetings and events. The lounge offers comfy seating and is situated close to kitchen for refreshments.
