With a range of unique and inspiring spaces, delicious in house catering and friendly technical support QUAD has everything you’ll need under one roof for a successful event, meeting or conference. From the moment you arrive at Quad, you'll be surrounded by inspiration. The impressive architecture and flexible spaces within the building mean we can host everything from conferences, meetings, lectures, product launches & client entertainment events. QUAD has a great range of contemporary conferences spaces and break out rooms suitable for small to medium sized events from 10 – 225 people. Conference bookings are managed with skill and care by our dedicated events team, who are on hand to create a bespoke service for your event, ensuring every element of your booking is professionally delivered to a high standard. Quad’s on-site Café Bar caters for all types of events, whether it’s a conference, wedding reception or business meeting we have a range of delicious menu options for all size budgets.

Climb aboard our classic yacht and take in Seattle’s waterfront views of beautiful Lake Union and adjoining waterways. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
