About us
The Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons is a brand new Hotel offering a variety of guest room options (50 Double Queen rooms!) with onsite Bistro & Bar, indoor pool, and onsite event space accommodating groups of up to 300. We're located only 7-miles from RDU International Airport and located within Parkside Town Commons with over 50 retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Hotel is adjacent to Research Triangle Park and provides complimentary airport and local shuttle (within a 5-mile radius) for Guests. Our beautiful onsite meeting facilities are great for corporate and social functions! The Parkside Ballroom offers our Clients 3,221 Sq Ft of flexible event space that is divisible into three break-outs. All portions of the ballroom have natural light and lead into a spacious pre-function area with access to an adjacent patio with firepit. If additional break-out space is required, we have a Boardroom that accommodates 12 guests comfortably.This is the newest addition to the award-winning Winwood Hospitality Group, LLC family of Hotels.
