Whether you're holding a conference for 600 or a strategy seminar for 30, you want your well-planned meeting to be executed flawlessly. Accommodating everything from a small, executive-level business meeting or the largest of corporate retreats, The DoubleTree Golf Resort Palm Springs features 23,000 square feet of contemporary meeting space, and the equipment you need for a perfect event. Facilities include 14 meeting rooms and two hospitality suites. The spacious 7,400-square-foot Mesquite Ballroom can be divided into five sections and the grand 4,554 square foot Oleander Ballroom can be split into three. Our Vista Room features spectacular views of Mount San Jacinto and our Olympic-size pool and 5,000 square foot pool deck.

Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.
