If reservation is cancelled: 30+ days prior to arrival - $25 per person 15-29 days prior to arrival - Deposit is forfeited 8-14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking 7 days prior to arrival - No refund If trip protection has been purchased: Land portion of reservation can be cancelled for any reason up to 7 days prior to departure to receive a full refund less the Trip Protection fee of $75 per person Reservations cancelled less than 7 days before departure will be completely non-refundable Cancellation must be sent to us in writing No portion o the air package will be refunded Trip Protection is non-refundable and must be paid for at time of deposit
