This elegant meeting space is one of the three breakout rooms that form the Poinciana Grand Ballroom. Naturally illuminated and thoughtfully designed, the venue offers a sophisticated setting ideal for executive meetings, workshops, and exclusive events. Designed with unobstructed functionality in mind, the room features a column-free layout with no chandeliers or fixed structures, ensuring flexibility for staging, projections, and custom event setups. A built-in 90” x 160” lateral screen enhances the venue’s audiovisual capabilities. Located on the ground floor of the main hotel building, this is a private venue with convenient access. While the airwalls allow for room division, they are not soundproof. There is no curfew, allowing for full scheduling flexibility. A full suite of food and beverage offerings (from coffee breaks to plated meals and cocktail receptions) can be tailored to your event. Venue Rental: $4,000.00 USD per day Subject to 18% tax and 10% service charge 100% consumable As part of the hotel’s dedicated meeting floor, this venue does not incur setup fees.
