SpringHill Suites Charlotte City Center ligt direct tegenover het Spectrum Center in Uptown Charlotte en op slechts een steenworp afstand van het Bank of America Center. Het is een geweldige locatie voor groepen en vergaderingen. Het hotel beschikt over 195 ruime suites (117 koningen en 78 tweepersoonskamers), meer dan 4000 vierkante meter aan vergaderruimte, dagelijks gratis ontbijt en een eigen bar. Hornets Nest Room, gelegen op de 16e verdieping, biedt plaats aan maximaal 250 personen in theaterstijl en biedt een overvloed aan natuurlijk licht en een fantastisch uitzicht op Uptown Charlotte door kamerhoge ramen. Grote prefunctieruimte, ingebouwde schermen, een permanente bar en een buitenterras op het dak maken deel uit van de ervaring op de bovenste verdieping van Hornets Nest. Queen City Room, gelegen op de 2e verdieping, biedt plaats aan maximaal 100 personen in theaterstijl en biedt ook natuurlijk licht. De aangrenzende lounge op de 2e verdieping biedt een pauzeruimte voor maaltijden, cocktailevenementen en teambuildingactiviteiten.
