El Penscot Inn se encuentra en el verde pueblo de Shipham, a 150 metros de altura en las colinas de Mendip. El hotel ofrece 12 habitaciones que tienen camas nuevas y están decoradas en colores contemporáneos con muebles de pino macizo, un mundo alejado del estilo corporativo.
