We have already switched over 70 products from single-use plastic to recyclable or compostable materials, with a view to increase this further. Energy 100% of the electricity we consume is sourced from renewable energy. The majority of our hotels have a combined heat & power (CHP) production unit which reduces emissions by up to 30% and is recognised by the government as an energy efficient device. Over 50% of the light fittings we use are LED, with the continued rollout focussing on car parks and lobbies where lights can burn resource for many hours.
