Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION AND PERFORMANCE: The parties acknowledge that in the event of a cancellation, MOONLIGHT STUDIOS's actual damages would be difficult to determine. The parties further agree that the following cancellation fee constitutes reasonable liquidated damages to MOONLIGHT STUDIOS for such cancellation. In the event of a cancellation you will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of ($tbd) of your total event space rental fee of $tbd. The final cancellation fee shall be determined on a sliding scale and based on the date of cancellation. The full cancellation fee structure is listed below. Date of Cancellation Percentage Amount Owed: Up to 180 days in advance 50% 179 days to 30 days in advance 75% 29 days or less in advance 100%

To support the event community’s changing needs, Moonlight Studios has partnered with Sound Investment and added a livestream studio to our facility. The studio features an LED wall set and can be transformed to resemble anything from a newsroom to the Taj Majal – the possibilities are literally endless.The studio was designed to deliver the highest possible production value and allows presenters to easily engage with their at-home audiences. If in-studio use is not an option at the moment, our control room can be used as a production hub that will bring a polished look and feel to your remote livestreams. The studio includes: A multi-camera switching package Graphics & video playback ISO/Program recording Studio lighting Broadcast-quality audio Livestream codecs Teleprompter Our in-house production team can assist with: Motion graphics Content management On-location shoots Offsite connectivity Streaming platforms Social media integration
