Cancellation Policy
: In the event the client cancels the rental, all payments made to date will be forfeited. If the client needs to move the date of the event, you may do so pending availability. You will be responsible for any difference in the rental fee, plus a $500 administration fee. If event is cancelled or attendance is significantly limited due to a public health/safety emergency declared by the City of Chicago, and/or the State of Illinois, and/or the Center for Disease and Control and Prevention, Newberry will agree to postpone the event to any mutually agreeable date and apply any non-refundable payments to that future event.
