Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is an international standard venue that showcases the very best of New Zealand. RECYCLE Packaging. We have removed unnecessary packaging from the supply-chain and wherever possible our remaining packaging is compostable. We have removed all single-sue plastics from our front-of-house operation and we are working towards being a 100% plastic free venue.
Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.
Energy. 100% of the energy used in the building is from renewable sources. We continually monitor and analyse our energy outputs.
