Watershed offers simple, elegant food in a traditional setting of wood, leather and stone, with views across the Ferrymead estuary. The Watershed has both indoor and outdoor possibilities for dining or enjoying a cold one. If an intimate meeting is what you want, consider the Dining Room. Capable of hosting 26 for dinner (18 boardroom style) or 50 for cocktails, the Dining Room offers further waterfront views with a plush, luxurious atmosphere. Combine the Dining Room with the adjacent outdoor area for a wonderful BBQ experience or to extend the dining area.
