El centro de retiros Kaplan Mitchell está cerrado para alquileres entre mediados de mayo y mediados de agosto. Los alquileres deben ser para un mínimo de 50 huéspedes o 5,500 USD por noche, lo que sea mayor. Este mínimo incluye todas las tarifas, reservas, catering y mejoras.

Política de cancelación

Cancelaciones antes de 90 días del evento: el cliente puede aplicar el 50% de los depósitos para un evento futuro en Ramah Darom Inc., The Kaplan Mitchell Retreat Center, dentro de los 6 meses calendario, según la disponibilidad (sin contar los meses de junio, julio y parte de agosto). En el caso de un reembolso financiero, el pago se devolverá en el método pagado. Si el depósito se pagó con una tarjeta de crédito, se reembolsará a esa tarjeta de crédito menos las comisiones del 2,5%. Cancelación dentro de los 90 días del evento: los depósitos se pierden y no son reembolsables. El cliente es responsable de remitir la tarifa mínima completa establecida en el contrato dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la cancelación.
