Event Insurance
Event insurance is mandatory.
Facility Restrictions
The Kaplan Mitchell Retreat Center is closed for rentals between mid-May and mid-August. Rentals must be a minimum of 50 guests or $5,500 per night, whichever is higher. This minimum is inclusive of all rates, reservations, catering and upgrades.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations in advance of 90 days of event: Client may apply 50% of deposits toward a future event at Ramah Darom Inc., The Kaplan Mitchell Retreat Center, within 6 calendar months, pending availability (not counting June, July, and part of August). In the event of a financial refund, payment will be returned in the method paid. If a deposit was paid on a credit card, that credit card will be refunded less 2.5% credit card fees. Cancellation within 90 days of event: Deposits are forfeited and nonrefundable. Client is responsible to remit full minimum fee set forth in contract within 30 days of cancellation.
