Cancellation Policy
If the LESSEE cancels the event, the following schedule will be applied to determine cancellation fees for the LESSEE: Cancel event 1 year or more before your event date, then 50% of total building rent is due to CENTER. Cancel event 9 – 11 months before your event date, then 60% of total building rent is due to CENTER. Cancel event 6 – 8 months before your event date, then 70% of total building rent is due to CENTER. Cancel event 0 – 5 months before your event date, then 80% of total building rent is due to CENTER.
