Het hotel is gewijd aan de in Korea geboren kunstenaar SEO en toont meer dan 300 hoogtepunten van haar creativiteit. De 218 kamers voor moderne kunst zijn ingericht in een moderne stijl, met kunstwerken van de kunstenaar. Het hotel ligt op slechts 2 km van het expositiecentrum van Keulen en dicht bij alle vervoersverbindingen en de commerciële wijken van de stad. Vergaderruimte SEO 1 heeft een conferentieruimte van 22 m² met uitzicht op de rivier voor tien deelnemers, terwijl de grotere SEO 2 en SEO 3 plaats bieden aan maximaal 16 gasten. SEO 4 is perfect voor 24 personen en met 161 m² is SEO 5 de grootste evenementenruimte met een capaciteit voor 110 deelnemers. Ten slotte biedt SEO 6 plaats aan maximaal 100 personen.
