Any event cancelled within 3 – 7 business days of the scheduled event will be billed for 30 percent of the final catering bill and the full room charge. Cancellation within 2 business days of your event will result in the total final catering bill and full room charge being billed to the lessee.
Additional details
Room rental includes: the venue for the entire day, setup, cleanup, tables, chairs, a/v equipment, and custom lighting. Catering is additional. Stephens College does not charge sales tax or gratuities.
