Le restaurant El Timon de Roche a ouvert ses portes au public en 1991 et est géré depuis par la famille Ruiz. Il est situé dans un quartier idyllique du quartier résidentiel privilégié de Roche, entre Conil (6 km) et Novo Sancti Petri (3 km), dans la province de Cadix. Notre restaurant dispose de deux salles à manger séparées. La principale peut accueillir 65 personnes et dispose d'un espace bar intégré. La deuxième salle à manger, le salon Pergola, ressemble à l'espace d'origine de notre restaurant et peut accueillir 46 personnes. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une terrasse spacieuse pouvant accueillir 130 personnes. La magnifique plage de sable blanc de Roche se trouve à quelques pas et vous invite à vous promener depuis Torre del Puerco.
