Rockingham does not have hotel accommodation onsite but has preferred hotels in the local area who can offer reduced rates for guests of Rockingham. Costs start form at little as £65 B&B Dog Policy - General Statement of Intent We generally discourage visitors from bringing dogs on site. It is a condition imposed by the MSA (the governing body for motorsport in the UK) that no animals are permitted at race meetings. However we recognise not all events at Rockingham need a blanket ban on the admittance of dogs and there is no reason dogs could not be admitted to some events. Rockingham has a set policy which outlines clearly when dogs are are permitted on site and this can be provided on request. External Catering - All catering at Rockingham is provided by our catering Partners, Simpsons Catering. This is the case for all events held at Rockingham with the exception of traditional religious events that may require a specially qualified catering team.

The following cancellation charges will apply in the event the Client cancels or postpones any event booking: - More than 90 days before any event - 50% of the price - From 90 days to 45 days before any event - 75% of the price - Less than 45 days up to the event date - 100% of the price All cancellations must be received in writing and will be deemed to take effect from the date of the receipt by the company (Rockingham). The cancellation charges exclude any external equipment hired in by the Company (Rockingham) for the event as requested by the client, where the client will be charged 100% of the cost.
