Conference Supports: Please note all supports are offered free of charge Bid Support: - Bid Document coordination and design - Bid Video – editing of CCB video with footage specific to the conference sector - Access to Failte Ireland bid support funding - Bid ppt presentation - CCB staff member to accompany ambassador to make a bid if required - Any other collateral to support the bid – e.g. tailor-made postcards and pull-ups and other marketing collateral Venue and accommodation finding service: - Proposals collated and sent to client with availability and rates from suitable hotels and venues - Room block coordination Site Inspection: - Site Inspection of shortlisted venues for local organizing committee - Co-ordination of site inspection for International decision-making committee - Access to Failte Ireland site inspection funding.
