Check-in Age: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid Military ID) Pet Policy: Service animals and Emotional Support Animals ("Assistance Animals") are welcome at all of our properties and must be declared at check-in. 1 pet is permitted with a $10.00 fee per night up to $100 a month. Deposit Policy: Deposit required at check-in for all guests (whether paying with credit card or cash). Deposit for daily, weekly, or monthly guests is $50. Contact the hotel for more information. Housekeeping Policy: Out of respect for our guest's privacy, full housekeeping services are included in the price of your stay and offered once every two weeks, with a refresh in between. You may schedule additional housekeeping services on a customized schedule through the front desk for $10 per cleaning service.
