Getting Here

From Oregon State University: From the main gate at Jefferson and 14th, follow Jefferson Ave East 4 blocks to 9th Street and turn left. Follow 9th St 1 mile, turn left into hotel parking lot. From the Oregon Coast: From Newport, take Hwy 20 toward Philomath/Corvallis. Follow the signs for Corvallis and go through Philomath. When reaching Corvallis, follow signs for downtown. From 3rd Street, turn left onto Harrison Blvd. Follow Harrison to 9th Street then turn right onto 9th street. From Bend/Central Oregon: From Sisters, follow Hwy 20 to Lebanon. In Lebanon, follow signs for Hwy 34/Corvallis. When you cross I-5, continue on Hwy 34 for 9.5 miles until you cross the bridge over the Williamette River into downtown Corvallis. Continue straight to 9th St then turn right. Travel for 1 mile then turn left into hotel parking lot.

WE ARE MAJESTIC On August 5, 2023 The Majestic Theatre in Corvallis, Oregon will be 110 years old. Originally built as a vaudeville house, it saw many incarnations over the decades before being purchased by the City of Corvallis in 1985 at the behest of a community effort that spanned thousands. A non-profit organization, Majestic Theatre Management, ran the building for almost 25 years before turning operations over to the Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department on January 1, 2015. Today, the Majestic Theatre is one of the flagship cultural spaces for Corvallis and its surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide space, support, and development for our local arts and culture entities, which we do by hosting nearly 100 different local organizations and groups. During the 2018-2019 season, we produced over 150 performances via 70 different productions, which were seen by almost 25,000 patrons. This work is done primarily by nearly 1,000 active volunteers who contribute upwards of 80,000 hours of volunteer service each year as performers, technicians, artists, and other roles that allow our programs to thrive. Our community truly provides all of the magic that makes the Majestic what it is; in addition to their time, they also donated over $130,000 last year and voted in an operational levy for Parks and Recreation that secured the future of the Majestic into the next decade. We are one of the artistic hearts of Corvallis. We are enriching our community and embracing the diversity it holds. We are Majestic.

Trysting Tree Golf Club

Trysting Tree Golf Club is a links inspired golf course along the Willamette River in Corvallis Oregon. Built in 1988, the course is designed by the famed architect Ted Robinson and features many large raised greens making approach shots very challenging. In 2017 Trysting Tree opened its new routing featuring three newly created holes by Native Oregonian and former Oregon State Golfer, Dan Hixson. This project also saw the addition of a new large practice facility for the Oregon State Golf Program. With five sets of tees the golf course can be played by all skill levels, and hosts many of Oregon’s biggest championships. Trysting Tree provides golfers great practice facility with a grass tee driving range, and two practice greens open to the public.
