About us

Hotel Krystyna is located in the south of Cracow, on the edge of the historic Spa Gardens situated in a beautiful valley of the river Wilga. The Hotel is located only a short distance away from the city centre and major transport routes (the A4 freeway, highway nr 7 to Zakopane) and is only a few kilometres away from the Balice airport. The peace and tranquillity which surrounds the hotel creates the perfect atmosphere for business trips, tourists and relaxation. An additional advantage of our hotel is the neighbouring Health Resort Cracow – Swoszowice, which is known to have some of Poland’s best sulphurous water deposits used for medicinal baths. The hotel has 74 beds in 1, 2, 3 and 4 person rooms and family suites, selected rooms have been adapted for easy accessibility for people with disabilities. All rooms are equipped with a television, telephone and bathroom while some also have wireless internet availability.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
