Shinsei Restaurant offers contemporary pan-Asian cuisine created by owners Lynae Fearing and Tracy Rathbun. Shinsei just celebrated six years of success and according to the media, people from all over the world love the concept, food, wine, atmosphere and the dynamic duo of Tracy and Lynae. Whether it is a corporate dinner, birthday party or presentation, Shinsei will dazzle your guests. Entertain up to 50 people or reserve the entire restaurant for your exclusive use. Our private dining experience is designed to allow you to create a custom menu for your event, with wines selected to compliment the meal.
