Als erstes neues Hirafu-Hotel seit 20 Jahren öffnete das Chalet Ivy, ein brandneues Boutique-Hotel, am 19. Dezember 2012 offiziell seine Türen! Das Konzept von Chalet Ivy ist sehr einfach: Wir möchten Ihr zweites Zuhause in Hirafu sein. Egal, ob Sie die Fülle der natürlichen Schönheit des Sommers in Hokkaido erkunden oder einen langen Tag im weltberühmten Niseko-Pulverschnee verbringen, das Chalet Ivy ist hier, um Sie danach herzlich zu Hause willkommen zu heißen. Eine besondere Auswahl an frischen Meeresfrüchten aus Hokkaido wird von unserem Chefkoch, der mehr als zehn Jahre lang Sushi-Koch im eleganten und von Kritikern hochgelobten japanischen Restaurant eines weltbekannten Hotels in Hongkong war, hervorgehoben. Die einzigartige Herangehensweise von Snow Castle an die traditionelle japanische Küche wird mit Sicherheit ein Gaumenerlebnis sein! Das Hotel besteht aus 33 geräumigen Zimmern, die alle im für Chalet Ivy typischen schlichten, natürlichen und eleganten Stil eingerichtet sind und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die beiden ikonischen Berge bieten. Yotei oder der Mt. Skipisten des Resorts Grand Hirafu. Die natürliche Schönheit von Niseko wird durch speziell entworfene Innenräume hervorgehoben — die Wände der Schlafzimmer sind mit einem natürlichen Waldmotiv dekoriert, während die Türen und Zimmermöbel aus hellem Holz gefertigt sind, das an die umliegenden Hokkaido-Bäume erinnert. Champagnergoldene Vorhänge und die exklusive Ausstattung der Zimmer von Chalet Ivy unterstreichen die Eleganz aller Zimmer. Unsere einladenden Zimmer sorgen dafür, dass sich das Chalet Ivy wie zu Hause fühlt!
