About us

„Das Hotel in Sishui ist ein Hotel der mittleren bis oberen Preisklasse, das von Shandong Quanyuan Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (County Investment Company) entwickelt und gebaut und vom Managementteam der Blue Ocean Group verwaltet wird. Das Hotel befindet sich im neuen Bezirk von Sishui County, nördlich der Siyang Avenue, westlich der Zhongxing Road, südlich von Sishui Bin Park und Wanxiang City, östlich der Quanlin Scenic Area, westlich der Fengxian Mountain Scenic Area und nördlich der Longmen Mountain Scenic Area. Die geplante Grundstücksfläche beträgt etwa 47 Hektar, einschließlich Bürogebäuden, Schulungszentren, Hörsälen und Schießständen. Die gesamte Baufläche beträgt 41661 Quadratmeter, darunter 26818 Quadratmeter oberirdisch und 14843 Quadratmeter unterirdisch. Insgesamt werden vier Gebäude errichtet, wobei Gebäude 1 ein Bürogebäude mit einer Baufläche von 7063 Quadratmetern ist und die Gebäude 2 bis 4 Hotelbereiche mit einer Baufläche von 19755 Quadratmetern sind. Es ist ein umfassendes Business-Hotel, das Catering, Unterkunft, Konferenzen und mehr integriert. Das Hotel verfügt über verschiedene Zimmertypen, 11 Zimmertypen und 1 Fitnessstudio. Zimmer auf den Etagen 3 bis 4 von Gebäude 2; Gebäude 3, Hotellobby im 1. Stock, 2 Konferenzräume, 1 Multifunktionshalle, Restaurant im Zhongding Building im 2. Stock, Gästezimmer im 3. bis 4. Stock; Gebäude 4, 1. Stock, Blue Diamond International Food Self Service Baihui, Fishing Song Boat Restaurant im 2. Stock, 1 Multifunktionshalle im 3. Stock und Gästezimmer auf den Etagen 3-5. Das Restaurant ist bestrebt, eine ideale Wahl für Regierungsempfänge, Geschäftsverhandlungen, Freizeiturlaube und soziale Aktivitäten zu schaffen.
