Im Falle einer Stornierung, die 4 bis 90 Arbeitstage vor der Ankunft erfolgt, ist eine pauschale Entschädigung in Höhe von neunzig Prozent (90%) des vereinbarten Preises für das Gruppenzimmer pro Nacht und vierzig Prozent (40%) des Mindestbetrags sowie der gesamten Miete für den Tagungsraum zuzüglich der anfallenden Steuern fällig. Im Falle einer Stornierung, die 91 bis 180 Arbeitstage vor der Ankunft erfolgt, ist eine pauschale Entschädigung in Höhe von achtzig Prozent (80%) des vereinbarten Preises für das Gruppenzimmer pro Nacht und vierzig Prozent (40%) des Mindestbetrags sowie der gesamten Miete für den Tagungsraum zuzüglich der anfallenden Steuern fällig. Im Falle einer Stornierung, die 181 bis 365 Arbeitstage vor der Ankunft erfolgt, ist eine pauschale Entschädigung in Höhe von siebzig Prozent (70%) des vereinbarten Preises für das Gruppenzimmer pro Nacht und vierzig Prozent (40%) des Mindestbetrags sowie der gesamten Miete für den Tagungsraum zuzüglich der anfallenden Steuern fällig. Im Falle einer Stornierung, die zwischen dem Zeitpunkt der Annahme dieses Vertrags und 366 Tagen vor der Ankunft erfolgt, ist ein pauschaler Schadensersatz in Höhe von fünfzig Prozent (50%) des vereinbarten Preises für das Gruppenzimmer pro Nacht und vierzig Prozent (40%) des Mindestbetrags sowie der gesamten Tagungsraummiete zuzüglich der anfallenden Steuern fällig.
