Lazensky dum Chopin ist Teil der militärischen Kuranlage in Karlsbad. Es befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums der Kurstadt Karlsbad, nicht weit vom Wald entfernt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, in der Nähe der orthodoxen Kirche. Das Gebäude wurde Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts im neuen Stadtteil Westend erbaut. Das Spa House ist ein vierstöckiges Gebäude im Garten und seine Lage in einer wunderschönen bewaldeten Umgebung bietet großartige Möglichkeiten, schöne Spaziergänge zu unternehmen. Im Sommer besteht die Möglichkeit, auf Bänken vor dem Kurhaus zu sitzen. Das Spa House Chopin bietet Unterkunft in 8 Einzelzimmern, 18 Doppelzimmern und 2 Suiten. Die Gesamtkapazität beträgt 48 Betten. Die geräumigen Zimmer bieten die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Betten hinzuzufügen.
